Slow progress with just mindful eating and exercising -- amazing to be able to do it without strident calorie counting. I just hope I can keep this up through the holidays. I just counting calories. We'll see if this approach continues to work.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
