ok...this crap eating has got to stop!! I am starting a challenge with a wls group that is to life ALL our food for the month of April!!.... so...I logged every bit of crap I ate today. Ugh, it ain't pretty and that's the point. If I have to log it, maybe I won't put it in my mouth! Tomorrow will be better 🤞🤞🤞
