I do not want to put a comment in my Journal thsi week as I gained back what I lost last week. I did not eat my morning breakfast or snacks reguarly. I ate mostly a good supper but later on in the evening I was realy hungry and ate what I could. I new this was the wrong thing to do but did it anyway. I need to make sure I have my breakfast, lunch and snacks through out the day so I am not so hungry at night. I am unsure how I fell back into this way of eating as I have been doing so good for 11 weeks now. I will look at this next week as a fresh start.
