Savor Borgata this past week. Not sure how I continued to lose weight. Have to be extra careful this week as it seems the week after is as dangerous as the week of an eating/lifestyle challenge.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1767 kcal Fat: 61.59g | Prot: 127.54g | Carb: 171.98g.   Breakfast: Banana, Tap Water, Oatmeal with Fruit. Lunch: greek salad, Diet Coke, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Added in Cooking), Borgata Potato Wedges, Borgata Turkey Burger. Dinner: Red Table Wine , Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Wild Mushroom Agnolotti. Snacks/Other: Organic Chai, Organic Fat Free Milk. more...
