Don't really have an appetite, watch my carb intake if I do eat, snack on fruit & have developed a taste for a lot of milk since I've gotten the lactose free stuff. Have lost enough now that my diabeties is totally under control, normal A1C, normal blood sugars. Doing a lot of walking also. I don't know, this is the what I've always done, the weight is finally coming off now..yeah for me, but wouldn't recommend how I eat for anyone else.
