I've been ill so I have not had much of an appetite and living on chicken broth and saltine crackers, maybe a protein shake in the morning when I just do not feel like eating and a salad in the evening.
211.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 76.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.6 lb a week
