Been off track for awhile....making a effort to get it together.....life’s been a little crazy...no excuses...just me trying to cope with comfort food. ☹️ ok....here I go...new week...I can do this!
166.2 lb Lost so far: 50.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
