Not sure how this happened. My calories were great all weekend and I was very active yesterday. We'll see if it evens our tomorrow.
287.0 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 117.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 July 2010:
1943 kcal Fat: 87.10g | Prot: 62.28g | Carb: 243.57g.   Breakfast: Cream (Half & Half), Coffee, Honey Nut Cheerios, whole milk. Lunch: Sun Chips Original, Corn, Italian Sausage, Mini Babybel Original Semisoft Cheese. Dinner: Butter, Grated Parmesan & Romano Cheese, Tomatoes, Demi Baguette, Olive Oil, Whole Wheat Blend Pasta. Snacks/Other: Apple Slices, Strawberries, Apple Slices. more...

The downside of weighing in every day is that you see how your body weight goes up and down daily and sometimes for reasons you don't understand. The upside is that I know you will use this as motivation :) Don't forget to look at the big picture and that over all your graph is headed down hill. I'm proud of you and you inspire me every day to make healthy choices!

BTW, you're down 2 lbs from last Monday which is a great target weekly weight loss for keeping it off. XOXO
