Given that it was a weekend away from home (at Maryland), I will take this. I wouldn't call it absolutely reckless eating, but definitely could not do any workout and food was definitely on the luxurious side. Good news is I did not binge on any oily stuff, which probably saved the day. Should be back in business now and good thing is, I don't have a hole to dig myself out of.
