I need to keep coming here. I need to keep eating less. When I reach 4 digits on the calorie count, I've failed.
I'm progressing but I don't see it. I hope I will soon.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
