had a back injury 7 weeks ago. had 6 weeks of PT. dropped walking, stayed on Diet-maintained weight now discharged from PT, began Walking again and added continued Core strengthening exercises gained at PT.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
