okay, so after a few months off the diet due to stress at home and starting a new job, i've decided to get back on it before i put any more weight on. all things considered, i don't think i've done too badly (gained around 7lb, thought i'd gained at least a stone), i just need to have a little more motivation this time around. i'm currently writing this at just after 1am, so tomorrow i am starting to record my food intake again, and hopefully i can get down a dress size by christmas. wish me luck!!!
