One more day and I'm into Level 2 of my 30 Day Shred. I can actually see it in my arms and legs, but hopefully, it will eventually make its way to my butt and gut. I'm really having trouble with sleep the last week or so and it's definitely contributing to my ups and downs. Calorie count is good, no alcohol for three days...
