Yes!!! We had a wedding on Friday and I knew I had to cheat a bit there - lowered my calorie intake for the other days to 1445 per day. It definitely helped. With the macros: added more fibre and tried to lower carbs too 😃
123.5 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
