I confess, this drop was completely unexpected. I did increase the cardio on the recumbent bike another 5 minutes. So, now we're doing 40 minutes, on interval, at level 16 resistance. It definitely burns more cals. I was so excited, I tried on the size 6 gap jeans I accidentally bought in the wrong size and were to small. They fit and zipped up without a struggle! But, I still think they're too tight. Perhaps by end of summer or next fall, I can wear them comfortably. They're more of a cool weather jean. I haven't even finished increasing and adding all the cardio for this season. But, it's okay, it's good cushion for summer days that include some fun foods. I'll be posting the weekly maintenance calorie trajectory later today.
136.6 lb Lost so far: 73.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
