Well, we're going to start this journey again, I now have a new scale which seems to be more accurate. I'm going to be going to the doctor on Monday and getting a weight on their scale as well.
362.8 lb Lost so far: 48.2 lb.    Still to go: 82.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've found that the scales in my doctor's office can be off by five pounds, I checked two of them the last time I was in there. They only calibrate them once a year, now I just go by what my scale says, but it is nice to see if they are close to each other.
