Weer een long time low......yes! Ik was zo bang dat ik door de overgang niet meer zou afvallen, dan ben ik al heel blij met nu al bijna 9 kilo sinds 1 januari. 🤗
170.2 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
