Last night I did Day 7 and today I did Day 8 of my Shred Challenge. I'm noticing that I am building stamina even if the weight isn't dropping off. My calorie count was good yesterday even though I sabotaged by having two pieces of pizza. Regardless, I was going to eat out somewhere, so I guess it could have been worse.
151.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 151.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
