Hit a plateau for a few days but I'm finally losing again, woohoo! Gotta keep it up though, I ate way more than intended yesterday so I'm surprised today ended up being a loss at all.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 114.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
