Hurt my knee and was sick for a few weeks. Exercise and eating habbits went by the wayside. Tried to avoid sweets as best I could. Did drink some soda and ate cookies. Started exercising a little bit more recently and keep trying to eat right. Somehow I managed to lose three pounds and I am thrilled about it! I plan to keep exercising, eating well, and losing pounds!
