well dang it!! not sure what's going on with my weight??? I suspect it is the cortisone and gel shot Dr. put in my knees...as well as the steroid pills!!!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 201.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
