According to some experts my ideal body weight, for my height and bone mass, is 175lbs. I’d be happy if I can stick to that, so that is my new target weight from today.
176.1 lb Lost so far: 13.1 lb.    Still to go: 1.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.9 lb a week
