I have been doing ok. Just trying to stay on the good foods. I have not had ice cream all year, which, if you know me is a big deal. No dessert. I need to have some so i don't off the deep end. Also, i have not been craving dessert. I am nervous to have some, because the will start me back eating junk.
276.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
