I had been doing really well. However, I had a moment where it seems all hell was breaking loose around me. So, I was eating bad. On my second to last weigh in my weight was 135 and I put back on a few pounds from not eating right. So, it just goes to show that you have to try to stay on the wagon. If you fall off you have to get back on though!! I just feel that at least I am still down about 14 pounds from where I started, but I had only put back on about three pounds.
I have to think that I still have lost weight since my last recorded weigh in.
