1887 kcal Fat: 74.48g | Prot: 119.44g | Carb: 188.06g.   Breakfast: fat free sharp cheese singles, sauerkraut great value, Southwestern Salsa, Egg White, Parmesan Cheese (Grated). Lunch: Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Egg White, Egg, Diced Tomatoes Chili Style, Mushrooms, Fat Free Sharp Cheese Singles. Dinner: vanilla ice cream, scallops, chicken, Shoestrings French Fried Potatoes, fried rice, ginger dressing, lettuce, Chicken Stock. Snacks/Other: Special K Chocolatey Delight Cereal. more...
