I had a pretty good first week on plan. 4th of July was a little rough, had a bbq on Sunday and I tried to stick to the plan, I did pretty well, but then Monday came around and my husband invited friends over to see the fireworks at our carnival, so we ordered pizza, not just any pizza, but pizza hut pan pizza and I had 3 pieces and then while we were watching the fireworks our friend went and bought ice cream cones for everyone and I ate one, other than that little slip up I really didn't go overboard any other days.
Lost 4.1 my first week, I'll take it!
