Today I started Visalus I really hope this works. I drink 2shakes a day and eat one meal and exercise at least 4 days a week. I think I can do it I just have to stay focused I am doing a 90 day challenge and my goal is to loose 60 lbs in 90 days. My weekly goal is to loose 5 lbs a week I think I can do it I just have to work hard and stay focused.
