hot as hades out today. nearly fainted when i ws picking raspberries in my yard today.
166.8 lb Lost so far: 72.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1918 kcal Fat: 54.45g | Prot: 77.07g | Carb: 281.31g.   Breakfast: Dum Dum Pops, egg, tea, milk, sugar. Lunch: sugar, Iced Tea, chicken broth, zucchini, potato, chicken breast. Dinner: green tea, butter, chicken breast, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), corn on the cob, hebrew national hot dog. Snacks/Other: baked lays, Dum Dum Pops, berry cobbler, Upside Down Cake (All Fruits). more...
