154 again, Not a good night of snacking, 3 bowls of cereal and some peanuts.......

However good 56 minute workout on the recumbant bike this morning. So will persevere.

154.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
