No idea where this 3 lb jump came from; I don't think I was doing anything different. I am doing things differently NOW, however. I'm over the whole eating-past-full thing; it was a phase, it wasn't enjoyable, and I'm just over it now. Which is nice, it was kind of weird. I'm eating a fruit and/or vegetable with every meal. Sweets seem less appealing. I'm portioning out the food I get at the Market right after I get home.
The nice thing is that I started this before my first weigh-in. My healthy personality is shining through.
The one thing that is weird is that I'm more hungry now. Things that would have satisfied me before either leave me hungry after or in an hour. I think it just might be that my stomach has grown or something. It's fine, though, I just fill it up with fruits and veggies. I don't believe in being hungry.
