grasa 23.9%, 55.5 % agua, 72.4 lbs masa magra, comiendo un poco mas, tengo bajar portion, sigo no postres, aumentar ejercicios. trabajar parte espiritual, y durmiendo siesta sabado y domingo. luego me pese luego ejercicios y Marco 198.8lbs. hay esperanza.
