So yesterday was supposed to be my weigh in day but i was running late & forgot! When I weighed in today I was happy because I've lost another 4 LBS this week but little disappointed because I am 1lb shy of my mini goal for the week. Since I wanted to be down to 240 by next weeks weigh in. Overall I'm ecstatic with my progress. I worked out thru lunch yesterday and have finally come up with an exercise plan. Today after work I will be going to the gym to swim laps for at least an hour. I've been really bad lately with my water so I changed my strategy on that. Hopefully I will be on track again. My water goal is at least 1 gallon a day. I have special jug that I lug around. LOL I know I am doing great and I just have to keep at it! I saw my previous supervisor for 1st time since surgery on Monday. She commented on me having lost weight & I didn't even have to tell her! What a great feeling! :)
256.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
