two days of 221.... didn't record the last change of 223

So a friend of mine pointed out to me yesterday that I had lost 3 bags of sugar. WOW. It makes me feel better than all the stuff I have been turning down... the milkshake, the fried foods, the list could go on. But I have also made a point to not be legalistic and realize that dinner out with the family can be done with some thought to calorie and fat intake, and sometimes you just go out to eat and blow it for the day or week. Long term I want to weigh less and be healthy. BTW: My cholesterol was 151 composite and LDL 89. For a family that has struggled with this... I missed the gene. I have my own troubles with BP, but my daily aspirin and Micardis get me thru.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
