Feeling good even though the scale's a little up. I made healthy choices yesterday (brought my own chips & soda, ate what I wanted and stopped when I was satisfied).
95.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
