I’ve been told I have a fatty liver despite being overweight by only 7kg. I’m determined to lose 4kg now. Back to counting calories and cutting out snacks. No more cake and custard 😢
193.8 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
