155 and bloated from too much sugar last night.

got a nice 20 minute weight workout in with 40+ min of cardio at 130 bpm. before lunch today.

feel much better
155.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
