Coach Jarrod was surprised that my weight wasnt up after my carb load. He work me hard, put all those carbs to good use! Maybe that translates to .2 pounds of muscle?!

I will now be weighing in on Fridays instead of Mondays and again at paying practice on Sundays.

Let's see what Coach Justin has in store for me today.

8x10:
70# (+ bar) deadlifts
50# (per arm) Hammer lat pulldown
80-90# (rope) cable machine crunches
85# close grip pull downs (last few @75#)
120.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
