Little sleep again. Going through a breakup with a very important relationship to me. Trying to remain calm about it and not spike my crazy cortisol levels. ugh 💔💔💔

But weight is down again. Things were appearing more tight in the mirror when I was practicing my posing routine last night.
120.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
