YAY UNDER 170! I didn't think I'd lose since I had brownies and cake yesterday for my mom's birthday. But it's all about portion control. :)

Also measurements!

Waist: 35.5" (beginning 38-40")
Hips: 39.5" (beginning 41-42")
Bust: 41.5" (beginning 44")
169.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
