A great start to my new commitment. Just counting calories with my phone app and trying to stay at a reasonable rate. No drinks but water, coffee, hot tea. I know it can't go this well all the way to my goal, but this is a great jump start.
355.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 11.6 lb a week
