Back again, starting to incorporate diet recommendations for gastroparesis. Some is familiar, like lots of tiny meals, and some not, like very low fiber.

Felt better following the smaller meal but dont know how i will eat enough again. Also noticed that I wanted to eat more just because I felt unsatisfied...not hungry, just waiting to feel better.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
