That's is an admirable goal to have. but just remember that even a 10% drop will have a very positive impact on your health. I have to keep my goals small or I get overwhelmed. I just focus on the next 5 lbs ahead of me and don't care how long it takes me, and have done that for 120 lbs since June 2017. I'm a baby steps kind of gal.
