yesterday after 14 days hitting 106kg I broke my water fast. overall it was a mix type of experience. some symptoms experienced during my journey aere food carvings, dizziness less physical energy, acid reflux,weight plateau, no gym workout etc.
will I do it again? probably not but will try 5 days style of intermittent water fast. so at least I can continue my gym and remain mentally as well as physically active.
My BP and weight plus body size has changed but waiting for my blood reports to see any internal changes.
233.7 lb Lost so far: 44.1 lb.    Still to go: 68.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.0 lb a week
