Well that's a relief. I stalled over the Christmas period, all my own fault. I'd grown rather content with myself that I knew what I was doing, but in reality I was falling into old habits. Instead of the occasional treat that I knew was Keto friendly once a week or so, I started 'treating' myself every day and got the shock of my life at my doctors appointment 3 weeks ago where I'd put on .2kg instead of the 6kg I was anticipating I'd lost over the period. I think my Dr was worried that I'd entirely fall off the wagon since this was the first setback I'd had in a year but 3 weeks later I'm back in his office and 3.1kg lighter, but the weight off my shoulders feels like a bloody ton.
