Actual official weight. Lower than I'd thought. Exercising daily. 5-10km of walking. Sometimes more. Eating under 2000 calories. Tracking food now. Big problem is beer, but I still remain under 2000 cal even when having a pint or two.

Increased activity has reduced foot pain, but the joints stiffen up if I sit too long. Old age, I suppose.

And with that.... WALKIES!
268.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 48.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
