back on track

160 most of which is water and bloating from a BUNCH of Peanut Butter. I swear that stuff is going to kill me one day.

Oh Well

want to get to 150 with eating right and less cardio.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
