some of this is exercise induced. I am always a pound or so heavy after a hard day of exercise. But there is also 5 pounds of real weight gain in there.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 2.0 lb a week
