I’m feeling grateful today for the scale moving in the right direction! I had ups and downs this week and I was not sure how that would affect the #’s! I noticed that my clothes are feeling better less restrictive, so that’s affirmation too! I know this is going to be a slow process and yet I am ok with that ! Somehow this time I feel at peace with my decision to take a year for this journey!
225.7 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 55.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
