Sudden jump in weight, I'm not stressed, I didn't put on 0.6 since yesterday. but Wednesday is my recording day so in it goes. it will probably make next week look really good ha ha!
197.1 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 53.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
