I ran a 7:39 mile last night, woohoo! My goal was to eventually run a 7:45 mile, but I surpassed my goal way earlier than I thought I would. Those LSD and Tempo runs, combined with the plyo I'm doing in my ATA fitness class have really improved my aerobic capacity. It's funny how something so simple as beating my mile time goal can really improve my mood and boost my self-confidence in other areas of my life. Running is awesome.
135.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
